The system of bioreactors for the production of ferments for dairy industry
This system is used for the production of ferments for dairy industry, using the following microorganisms: Lactococcus lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus and Candida from strains. The system of fermentation consists of 75- (removated MBR-Chemap bioreactor) and 500 liter bioreactors. 75 liter bioreactor is connected with 500 liter bioreactor for the introducing of innoculant. In both bioreactors is the control of temperature, pH, pO2 and foam. The sterilisation of all fermentation systems is ensured.
