Pilot scale bioreactors
We deliver pilot scale bioreactors in the volume range 30 – 3000 liters (total volumes).
These bioreactors have the following completation in the basic version:
- Fully equipped stainless steel vessel of bioreactor (sterilizable in place), upper magnetic drive for agitation (till 250 l);
- Motor control cabinet with built in Bioprocess controller BIO-3 (in basic version controls T, pH, pO2 and foam)
- Peristaltic pumps for pH and foam control, as well as for adding substrate;
- Pipeline connections frame for supply of air, water, purified water, steam, as well as for filtration of air, thermostating, sampling and discharging;
- Sterilizable sampling device;
- Optionally the control and measuring of other parameters, automatic control of sterilization and another customization can be ensured.
- Sterilizable pH, pO2, Temperature and foam sensors;
