Laboratory bioreactor EDF-5.3_2
This modification is a EDF-5.3_1 supplemented with accessories to ensure the sterilization in situ:
- A 700 W heater is installed in the bottom;
- Pneumatic control valves are installed in inlet and outlet air lines;
- The glass cylinder is covered with a protection jacket during sterilization in situ;
- In the lid there are additionally placed a manometer (with a stainless steel membrane) and safety valve;
- The bioprocess controller BIO-3 program is supplemented with automatic sterilization control option.
